Carol is responsible for continuously improving CLI’s client’s satisfaction by supervising CLI team to offer the tailor-made quality control solution for client’s worldwide. Before CLI, she was senior supervisor in European inspection agent in china for 10 years, also served as key account manager for a large trading company, fortune 500 for 5 years. She graduated from Huaqiao University, has a bachelor's degree in business administration, and speak English, Cantonese and Mandarin.

Susan has been worked in CLI for 5 years, who has a thorough knowledge and understanding of CLI’s customer service concept, play a key role on improving daily customer service experience. Before CLI, she was supply chain project manager of a global consulting company for 3 years, who providing international sourcing and localization services to importers worldwide. Susan grated from Xi’an Translation University speaking fluent English, Mandarin, like traveling and delicious food.

Amber jointed in CLI for 4 years, who coordinates inspection arrangement, certification and laboratory testing services in china. Before CLI, Amber was OP manager at an international logistics company, where she developed a brilliant foresight and organizational capabilities among various parties and made an outstanding contribution to this project of CLI’s ERP system. Amber graduated from Fujian Normal University, has a Bachelor degree of logistics professional, speaking English, Mandarin, like traveling and delicious food.

Richard is responsible for revising inspection protocol and maintenance of testing standards. He worked in CLI for 8 years. Before CLI, Richard was a senior quality engineer at an US inspection firm for 5 years. He is an expert in product testing and inspection for electronic and electric products. Richard made a contribution to the project of business process reengineering. Richard graduated from Fuzhou University, has a Bachelor degree of automatic industry, speaking English, Mandarin, Cantonese. Like reading, photography and outdoor sports.
