Advantages: processed from natural logs, has the characteristic of being close to nature. Moreover, from the perspective of grade, solid wood flooring can give people a relatively high-grade feeling visually. Because it is a pure wood product, the material is warm, the foot feels good, real and natural, and basically has no pollution. The surface coating is smooth and uniform, with many sizes, wide choice and convenient maintenance.

The second step of solid flooring inspection, inspector need check the warping degree of the product.
The third step of solid flooring inspection, needs to check physical and mechanical indexes, the moisture content of the floor, surface abrasion resistance, paint film adhesion and paint film hardness.
The last step of solid flooring inspection, product packaging, labeling and storage is also very important .Solid flooring must be sealed with polyethylene blow-molded film according to tree species, specification, batch number, grade and quantity, and then packed into cardboard boxes or packaging bags. If there are special requirements for packaging, both parties can reach an agreement.
