1.Technical Requirements

2.Test Methods
Unless there are special requirements, all tests shall be carried out on unused gloves. If there are relevant provisions in the product description, the test shall be carried out according to relevant standards before cleaning and after cleaning the specified number of times respectively. The corresponding criteria for determining performance levels remain unchanged.
First, the pH value of leather gloves is determined according to the method specified in ISO 4045:1977.
Second, hand and glove size measurement. The glove length is measured from the top of the middle finger on the back of the glove to the bottom of the glove. If the glove is made of elastic material, or if the glove has an elastic wrist guard, measuring the length of the glove should be performed on a sample without elongation.
Third, flexibility measurement. Measured by 5 polished stainless steel test rods.
Fourth, the principle of water vapor permeability test is that under certain temperature and humidity conditions, the leather test piece is fixed at the moving test bottle mouth, and the test bottle is filled with solid desiccant. When the test bottle moves, water vapor is absorbed by the solid desiccant through the leather test piece, and the quality of water vapor absorbed by the desiccant during this period can be determined by weighing the test bottle within a specified time. The numerical unit is expressed in mg/(cm2/h).
Fifth, the water vapor absorption test method. Water vapor absorption is calculated by the ratio of the added mass of the sample to the test surface area, and the numerical unit is expressed in mg/cm2.
