Inspection methods:
- Take pictures of the overall shape of the toothbrush and measure the weight of the toothbrush;

- Check whether the handle width and length is easy to grasp,center of gravity distribution is uniform;

Inspection methods:

- Take a brush and a hair for comparison, feel the fine density of the brush, and judge whether the hidden parts of the teeth can be cleaned effectively.

The bristles of this toothbrush are designed parallelly and the bristles are orderly arranged, with a bundle of bristles of about 1.03 mm and uniform density.Bristles tip diameter ≤ 0.01 mm, the naked eye can also see fine bristles clearly.
Compared with an adult toothbrush and hair,the monofilament bristle of this toothbrush is obviously thinner than the bristles of an adult toothbrush, and the bristles tip of this toothbrush is thinner than the hair.
Flexibility of bristles
Inspection methods:
- Touch the bristle material and feel whether the bristle is soft or not without hurting the gum.
- Pull the bristles hard to feel whether they are flexible and not easy to break.

Children’s oral mucosa is weaker than adults, and toothbrush bristles should besofter and harder to break in order to better protect children’s gum health.Therefore, the new national standard for children’s toothbrushes also stipulates that children’s toothbrushes must use soft hair, i.e. monofilament diameter ≤ 0.18 mm. In the actual toothbrush quality inspection,the bristles are pulled without fracture,and have toughness and a soft touch.
Through the tests in four aspects, the appearance and function of the toothbrush are checked in all directions.
